Manual Therapy-Hands on techniques can be used to relax muscles, improve muscle imbalances, relieve pain and improve joint motion.

Cranial Sacral is a gentle direct contact technique used to detect and correct imbalances in the cranialsacral system, which may be the cause of sensory, motor, or neurological dysfunction.

Muscle Energy Technique is a voluntary contraction of a muscle group in a precisely controlled manner.   It can be used to mobilize joints, lengthen a shortened, contracted, or spastic muscle, or reduces edema.

Myofacial Release works on the mobility of connective tissue, facia, in the body that surrounds muscle, bone, and internal organs.

Foot Orthotics

  • Custom orthosis with casting

Custom Foot Orthotics– Used to correct biomechanical problems of the feet that can effect the way the rest of the body moves (from feet to knees to shoulders.

Full evaluation of the feet and ankles to determine any dysfunction.

Casting for custom orthosis for the greatest amount of support and comfort. Orthotics can be made for athletic and dress shoes.

Ultrasound is a soundwave used to help relax deeper tissues and promote healing.

Electric stimulation can be used in a variety of  ways for pain control, edema control, and muscle reeducation,. Modalities are used as a compliment to treatment to allow for better outcomes.

Iontophoresis is a direct delivery system of medication (usually an anti-inflammatory) through the skin by use of an electric current.
